Zestyra Trading FZCO is a Dubai food importer serving the UAE’s premium hospitality and retail trade. We are early in our journey — and deliberate about how we trade.

We exist to bring provenance and rigour to a market that too often trades on price alone.

Zestyra was established in Dubai in March 2026, licensed through IFZA, to import fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh, chilled and frozen meat, and frozen poultry into the United Arab Emirates — and to supply them into the wholesale and HORECA trade.

The UAE imports the overwhelming majority of its food, and the buyers who matter most — hotels, restaurants, caterers and premium retailers — increasingly want to know not just what they are receiving, but where it was grown or raised, how it was kept, and whether it can be traced. That is the standard we are built around.

We are not a commodity broker. We are a sourcing partner — one that brings provenance, standards and reliability to every line we trade.

We are honest about our stage. Zestyra is young, and we are growing a focused book of accounts deliberately. What we will not compromise on is the discipline behind every consignment: known origin, documented compliance, and an unbroken cold chain.

    Provenance over price

    We choose each line’s origin by season, grade and reliability — not by the lowest quote. Where it comes from is part of what we sell.

    Documented, not assumed

    Halal certificates, country-of-origin and cold-chain records travel with the goods. Compliance is evidence we keep, not a claim we make.

    A curated range

    Three licensed categories, traded well — fruit & vegetables, meat, and frozen poultry. We would rather be trusted on a focused range than thin across everything.

    Partnership

    Reliable supply is a relationship. We build it with our customers and with specialist sourcing partners such as EggX.
